Step it up guys: Luncheon

For your wedding, will you be having a luncheon or dinner program? If the answer is yes - you and your fiance may have possibly talked and decided that no one will be asked to speak at your program. Or you may have thought that it will just be a causal meal, with only but a few words spoken by a small number of close family members or your best friends.

In either case - if you are having a luncheon or dinner program - it is most likely that you have not thought about what is going to happen at all. And that's okay, for everyone except for the groom.

While your families may have the rest of the program covered, the groom will - 9 out of 10 times - be placed in a situation where he will be asked to say some words to those in attendance. Be prepared gentlemen, to make it count - and in addition to whatever you decide that you would like to say - make sure that they hear from you the feelings you have regarding your beautiful new wife and best friend. And also make sure that we are there to film it :) Like we were when Orrin spoke to his new sweet wife - see the video below.

The Park: Kelsie + Orrin

Spontaneous fun - that is Kelsie and Orrin. I loved the dog that they brought along, my favorite is when dogs make that inquisitive tilting head look. And the longboards were quite unique also. By the end football was even cute - okay maybe not so much, but it was still a lot of fun. Thanks guys - can't wait till the wedding!

Salt Lake Temple: Jon + Annie

It may sound somewhat odd coming from a video perspective to say that music chosen for a video is just as an important as the video itself. But, it is absolutely true - Imagine your favorite movie, think of your favorite part, then imagine that scene without a soundtrack. As you think about it you may realize that the music compliments and magnifies the emotion and that it also brings to life the thoughts and feelings that are often unspoken. Annie and Jon choose an amazing song and it was my pleasure to be a part of their day - together with their wonderful photographer Rebecca Westover.
